What is a reasonable tip at a restaurant? For most Americans, the answer is likely -- at most -- 20 percent. But how about 260 percent?. Identified only as "Mike, who was visiting from Seattle," Boka restaurant announced Monday that the delighted customer left a $2,000 tip on a $759 bill.
